You will probably have worked out by now that these magnificent big cats are one of my favourite animals to paint.  I am privileged to have personally seen many of the beautiful cats I have painted as my life as an animal artist took me to wonderful exotic places and private collections. They are all framed appropriate to the image colour and are worked on linen or silk, which gives a lovely loose feel to the background.
